Delivery
Order received to date of delivery of goods.
Please note we need a minimum of 7 working days (Monday – Friday) from the date we receive your order to delivery of the goods. 
Delivery days Monday – Saturday (Sundays closed)
Privacy & Security
We confirm that The Wedding Boutique will not pass your personal information onto any third party unless first agreed by yourselves.
Returns & Replacements
When the goods leave our dispatch department everything will have been double checked.
Once goods are signed for it is the responsibility of the person who has signed for the goods to ensure that no damage occurs to the goods and it is not the responsibility of The Wedding Boutique.

If there are spelling errors given to The Wedding Boutique with regard to personal names then this is the responsibility of person placing the order and The Wedding Boutique cannot be held responsible. Depending on time, errors may be able to be amended - unfortunately they will need to paid for.
Once an order is placed and paid, unfortunately no refunds are possible.  If goods have not been made and you require something different then the money can be used towards new goods.

Viewing Orders
To view your orders log into your account and from the My Account Dashboard click on My Orders to view a list of your current orders.
Updating Account Information
To update your account information log into your account and from the My Account Dashboard you will have the ability to view a snapshot of your recent account activity and update your account information.

Stock
We will endeavour to have stock of each item shown but The Wedding Boutique cannot be held responsible if an item ordered is currently out of stock.  If we are unable to deliver the goods ordered we will issue a refund.

Colours
We have endeavoured to show the colours as best as we can.  The Wedding Boutique cannot be held responsible if the colour is not as expected.

If unsure we can send a sample of the Tulle Bomboniere’s  (maximum 5) - postage & packing charge of €3.00 to be paid by credit card.
